Kinetics Drive Solutions, Inc. (KDS), formerly called Int Silvatech Industries. Inc, established itself in 1991 as an advanced transmission and vehicle drive systems company with unique technologies in Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) systems.

KDS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Technologies Kinetics (ST Kinetics). ST Kinetics is the land systems and specialty vehicles arm of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering ) and is one of Asia's leading defence and specialty vehicles company. ST Kinetics has a strong portfolio of products and services for the defence, homeland security and commercial markets with capabilities in design, development, systems integration, production, operations & support and through life management of a wide range of specialised land systems equipment and specialty vehicles.

KDS has the capability to design and develop a wide range of drive line components. It also has the capability to develop specialized instruments, control systems, test apparatus, and data acquisition systems for complete system implementation.
