Kinetics Drive Solutions, Inc. (KDS), formerly called Int Silvatech Industries. Inc, established itself in 1991 as an advanced transmission and vehicle drive systems company with unique technologies in Infinitely Variable Transmission (IVT) systems.

KDS is a wholly owned Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) company. ST Engineering is a global, integrated, engineering group with capabilities spanning the aerospace, electronics, marine, and land systems sectors.

KDS has the capability to design and develop a wide range of drive line components. It also has the capability to develop specialized instruments, control systems, test apparatus, and data acquisition systems for complete system implementation.
